This is with regards to my bad experience with the online product deals site.."DealsandYou.com"
On Feb 1st I placed a product order for two addidas track suits(and paid for it online too)...and haven't yet received a product nor a refund from them...Not just that, I've been repeatedly requesting them for a status update and they have been consistently giving me the typical template response as following.."We request you to extend your patience as we have already forwarded your matter to the higher authority on priority basis. Kindly cooperate with us and allow us some more time to resolve the issue"
My request to everyone here is,...In light of my recent experience...with sites like these, It would be best to buy a product, if only a 'COD' option is available..if not, not worth the risk and stress. One part of their business plan could be to collect a lot of innocent consumer hard earned cash and earn interest on it...if not bought to their notice...they might not even bother to return their money.
I'm hoping that "Dealsandyou.com" would refund me the amount and compensate for the in-convenience caused to me because of their unresponsive and unreliable behavior.
