Am a student named Jhansi from Visakhapatnam, Andhra pradesh. On 21st Jan 2013,I tried to apply for IBPS specialist officers exam through the online application mode, When it prompted about the fee payment, I used my fathers UCO bank debit card for payment and amount of Rs 409 /- was debited twice from his account while the actual fee is Rs 409/- . Regarding this issue i raised complaint with Akosha team but the progress is in vain. I kindly request you to rectify my problem and see that my amount will be credited back to my account.
