I have purchased a karbonn mobile (Model K443) on 27-11-2009 from shahi ,market gorakhpur.
On 10-07-2010, the mobile could not be on. I have approached the shop for repair of the mobile. They advised me to give the mobile to the authorised service centre. So I have given the mobile to the shop on 14-07-2010, the copy of the service bill is also enclosed.
On 25-07-2010 I approached the service centre Mobile point and asked for the mobile. They told me told me that they have sent the mobile to Service centre at channai, which will take ten days time.
one month to go but no reply for my mobile from that service center.the always say that "jab mobile aa jayega to aapko inform kar diya jayega"
As I need the mobile very urgently, I request you to kindly arrange for replacement of the mobile immediately. Kindly do the needful.

Dear Team,
I had given my handset named karbonn A6 IMEI NO.********3078609 to the authorise service centre of the karbonn mobile company named SHREE ENTERPRISES address-HOTEL BOBINA ROAD GORAKHPUR-273001. Reason was charging problem and set automatically starts when we put battery to some problems they told me that you will get it back with in 30 days but i did'nt get it back since 1.5 month so i want to register a case against the service centre please help me in this matter .
