I have booked three easy cabs on 7th dec, 2012 in New Delhi. My pickpoint was Gurgaon sector 9A at 5 PM in evening on 7th dec., and drop was new delhi railway station. Booking reference number for 3 easy cabs are A120702455/ A120702456/ A120702454.
However on the evening of 7th dec., only single cab was provided for booking reference number A120702456.
I got 2 messages at 4:52 and 4:54PM that due to non availability of the cabs in your area we cannot process your booking. I am highly unhappy with quality of service and approach taken by easy cab in New Delhi on that particular day.
a) why the cabs were not provided?
b) why the information of non availability of cabs were provided so late?
I went through physical & mental agonies and financial loss. Immediately i have to contact other taxi professionals to help me so that i can board my train from new delhi railway station, arranging which took me almost 1 hour.
I have booked easy cab on 5th July from new Delhi to Ghaziabad with booking ID: A0********. I think that was my biggest mistake in life when booking through easy cab. My pickup time from new delhi rly station was 11:00 AM but got the cab at 11:35 AM. I was waiting for the cab more than 30 min.
This cab charging double than other taxi and also taking 50 Rs. as convenience charge, but which type of better service and which type of convenience.
There customer service executive are also very rough in talking. They unable to understand the customer problem. there behavior are very unprofessional. Look like Easy cab hire some conductors as a customer care executive from private transport. Even people don't understand simple English.
Really very Unhappy from Easy Cab.
