I have booked a villas in susant golf city lucknow - D/1/45 in april 2008 with 95% full payment as their promise that they will deliver within 1 years. After 4 years is over not single construction has taken place. they are saying they will take 2 more years. There r two houses near by 46/44 where they are getting construction link payment , they been completed by 70% leaving my villas where i have full amount. i have taken shooting and planning to do citizen journalist show to teach the investor that they number number cheater among all real state.
They have not updated me regarding my investment neither construction .

I've had terrible experience dealing with Ansal properties. I bought a land in front of park 2008 (and paid premium being in front of park) with 95% down with promise of handing over within two year. It took Ansal 4 years to deliver the land. When I got the land I came to know Park is GONE from map and there is couple of more plots instead of park. This is outrageous form of cheating. Ansal didn’t give single Rs credit towards their delay in projects.In the meantime before the land was handed over Ansal kept sending unexplained fees, charges and then threatening for outrageous late fees. Now we have got land (road was still being build and it's nowhere near what they show their master plan) I started getting slapped by maintenance fees. Obviously I didn't any choice but to pay almost Rs 3000 per year. In December 2011 I paid maintenance fee for whole 2012. Now I’ve received email saying Ansal calculated it wrong and want more money with totalling around another Rs 969. This has become recurring theme from Ansal. Why I should keep on paying extra for the Ansal mistakes (to me they are coming up with random to cheat the customers)?
