ON 10-06-09 Mr.SARVANAN HAVE CALLED ME UP TO ********08 FROM ANNA NAGAR REACH TELECOMUNICATION & EXPLAIN ME ABOUT AIRTEL BROAD. I ASKED HIM ABOUT AIRTEL Rs. 499 PACK WHICH HAS NIGHT UNLIMATED DOWNLOADING SPEED UPTO 2 MPS ,TIMING IS ( 9PM - 8AM ) & Rs200 WORTH OF RUPPEES CALL FREE DAY USAGE 1.5 GB. HE TOLD ME THAT HE WILL COMFIRM WITH HIS SALE MANAGER Mr.SASI KUMAR & GET BACK TO ME. AFTER 10MINS HE(SARVANAN) CALLED ME AT SAME NO. ********08 & TOLD ME THAT THE PLAN CAN BE GIVEN TO ONLY CERTAIN AREAS TO CERTAIN CUSTOMERS. HE VERIFIED MY RESIDENCE ADDRESS & TOLD ME THAT PLAN CAN BE GIVEN TO MY AREAS. HE (SERVANAN) EXPLAINED ME THE PROCEDUCER THAT IT CANT BE GIVEN TO NEW CUSTOMER ONLY AFTER A MONTH A CUSTOMER CAN CHANGE THE PLAN TO 499 PACK. HE TOLD ME THAT BILL GETS GENERATED AFTER A MONTHS & ONCE IT GET GENERATED HE TOLD ME TO CALL HIM OR CUSTERMER CARE TO CHANGE THE PLAN. I HAD AGREE WITH HIS WORDS. THEY TOOK ME UNDER THEIR CONFIDENCE. HE(SARVANAN) SAID THAT HIS PERSON WILL BE COMING TO MY HOUSE TO COLLECT Rs.500/- FOR INSTALLATION AMOUNT FROM ME.ON SAME DAY 10-06-07 TWO PERSON ONE NAME VIJAY & OTHER I COULD NOT REMEMBER THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE & COLLECTED CASH RS.500 GAVE ME A RECEIPT WITH OUT THIER SIGNATURE , BUT I DIDNT NOTICE IT. THEY SAID ME THAT MR. SARVANAN IS TEAM LEADER & THEY HAD PROVIDED MANY NEW CONNECTION ONLY IN CERTAIN AREAS.

ON 13-6-07 THE TECHNICIAN CAME FROM AIRTEL DERPARTMENT & THEY FIXED BROAD BAND & LAND LINE. AFTER GETTING A CONNECTION I HAD TRY TO SARVAN TO GIVE HIM A THANKS HIS MOBILE WAS NOT EXISTING FOR PAST 2 DAYS , THEN I ASLO CALLED SASI KUMAR BUT HE WAS NOT PICKING UP MY CALL. THEN I CALLED TO THEIR OFFICE LANDLINE NO. WHICH I GOT VISTING CARD FROM TWO PERSON WHON CAME TO COLLECT CASH. I RANG TO THE NO. WHICH WAS IN VISITIG CARD & MISS PRIYA SPOKE & SHE GAVE ME ANOTHER SARVANAN KUMAR 02 NO. WHO NIS WORKING IN SAME OFFICE. SARVANAN KUMAR 02 WHEN I CALLED HIM, HE SAID THEY ARE TWO SARVANAN WORKING IN SAME OFFICE. HE IS NOT THE PERSON WHICH MENTIONED THOUGHT . I TOLD HIM ALL MY STORY ABOUT 499 PACK & CONVERSATION BETWEEN SARVAN & ME. HE SAID ME THAT LET ME VERIFY THE DETAILS. HE ASKED ME TO SENT A MESSAGE FROM MY MOBILE TO HIM CONTAIN DETAIL WITH MY NAME / ADDRESS /& AREAS. I HAD FOLLOWED AS HE SAID & I HAD SENT HIM A MESSAGE FROM MOBILE NO. ********51 ON 16-06-09 AT 11.53 AM WHICH I AM HAVING TILL NOW IN MY MOBILE SENT BOX . AFTER AN HOUR I CALLED HIM (SARVANAN KUMAR 02) HE ALSO COMFORMED ME THAT IT CAN BE GIVEN TO CERTAIN AREAS THIS 499 PACK. THROUGHT HELP OF HIM I SPOKEN TO SASI KUMAR THATDAY REGARDING JUST GIVING THANKS. AFTYER A BILL GENERATE ON 4-06-09 BUT I GOT FROM COURRERS ON 6-06-09. I CALLED 1st SARVANAN & 2nd SASI KUMART , BUT BOTH LEFT THE JOB & THE MOBILE NO. WAS NOT IN USE.THEN I CALL SARVANAN KUMAR 02 TO CHANGE MY PLAN. HE GAVE ME AN TOLLFREE NO. 04442111213 & ASKED ME TO CALL CHANGE THE PLAN. AFTER TALKING TO HIM I CALLED THE NO. FROM THERE I CAME TO NOW THAT SUCH PLAN IS NOT IN EXIST FROM PAST 2 YEARS. AFTER TALKING TO CALLCENTERE . I HAD RANG UP TO SARVANAN KUMAR 02 & TOLD HIM THE BATTER WHICH I RECEIVED HIM CALL CENTRE REGARDING THE PLAN WHICH DONT EXIT. HE WAS SHOCKED & SAID ME --\"GIVE ME TIME I WILL VERIFY IT & CALL U\". FROM THAT TIME WHEN I FELT , I AM BEEN CHEATED FROM AIRTEL DEPARTMENT. I STARTED TO RECORD THE VOICE OF THEM.BUT NO CALL CAME . LATER ON WHEN I CALL HIM AGAIN HE WAS NOT PICKING UP MY NO. THEN I CALLED HIM FROM ANOTHER NO.(FROM MY DAD NO.). HE PICKED & SPOKE TO ME. I ASKED HIM WHAT HAPPEN ABOUT MY PLAN. HE USED TO CUT MY CALL. THEN I MADE A COMPLAIN TO CALLCENTERT 1st NO.21840526. BUT NO USE NO FEED BACK. I HAD MADE ANOTHER 2nd COMPLAINT NO.22135896 ON 18-07-09. A LAST AGAIN I CALLED MR.SARAVANAN KUMAR 02 HE SAID THAT HE COULDNT RECOGONIZE ME, AVOIDED MY CALL & HE NEVER SHOWED ANY ATTEATION TOWARD TO MY MATTER & VERY BADLY HE SAID THAT IM DISTURBING HIM.I NEVER RECEIVED ANY INTIMATION OR ANY CALL FROM ANY ONE REGARDING MY COMPLAINT. WHEN I RANG TO CALLCENTER ABOUT MY COMPLAIN THEY SAID NO SUCH ASSURANCE MADE FROM THEIR SALES MAN.
