I ordered a midnight delivery for surprise for my husband on 18th oct 2013 and I myself got surprised. I still did not receive the cake nor any call from the site.
I'm so very much disappointed with this fake service.
The business operates from Kolkata and they have a tie up here with Bangalore florists and bakery.
I need refund of my money. please help.
I called them so many times, each time with no result, every time we need to explain them the issue.

We had a similar terrible experience with this service provider. We had ordered 3 items, they did not provide any single item as per our order. They also have the audacity and shamelessness to say that they will not provide any refund. Also they are similar to thieves as on an expensive item, they just deliver whatever they have and steal the difference between the two items.
Worst experience in e-shopping, these guys are a disgrace to the online community!

I ordered for 20 yellow roses and received only 12 and the bouquet was completely different, just looks like the ordinary one that we can get for 250 rs and they charged 850 from me. The cake was also different and the delivery was supposed to be inthe morning but delivered in the evening. After payment their customer service will become worse and they dont answer the call and no reply to the emails. Even thier tone changed and one time they answered my call and she was too arrogant and disconnected the call in between. I will never consider them again and the worst service i ever saw in my life!!!

Guys this is a fake website. I had ordered cake for midnight delivery on 27 sep'14, however the order was never delivered. Also when i called next day to enquire, they answered my call and disconnected later. Now they are not even answering call from that number. I tried from other number and they answered again only to disconnect later. Now calls from that number are also not getting answered.
