SUBJECT. REGARDING H/L A/C NO. 10167, 0********00050. IN THE NAME OF SH. PIARA LAL SIR, IT is requested that I have taken a loan of Rs. 50000/- from your branch. I cleared this loan on date 09/06/2007.At the time of taking loan I submitted Registration deed of my shop for equal able most of age . I approached the branch to return my documents as I cleared the loan but the authorities in the branch refused to deliver the title deed of my shop.
You are requested to return my documents forth with otherwise I will be constrained to a legal recourse against the Bank and Bank will be fully responsible for it.
