I came to watch a movie at Inox Shadipur, New Delhi but the show was houseful. I purchased ticket for next show which was after 1.30 min. It was too hot outside as it is summer season. So I requested Inox staff to get inside the gate so that I can wait for our show but they refused by saying that we can allow only before 20 min of the show time. I wait outside for 30 min and then I feel unwell because of hot summer. I requested the staff again but they refused even after knowing my health concern.
It was second time I faced the service issue from Inox. Previously I came to watch late night show with my bag and there was no facility for baggage counter in the INOX and I have kept my bag to nearby paanwala. I feel very bad with the services of Inox movies. Because I used to come here when it was Satyam cineplexes and never faced any such problems.
I used to come here from last 5 yrs twice in a month but now I have to go for another movie hall because of Inox services only. We came there to watch movie and entertainment. Nobody want to wait here but if show time is housefull and somehow I have to wait for next show then Inox staff should behave accordingly instead of become inhuman.

I suggest everyone go for any other Movie hall except INOX.
