HELLO SIR/MADAM,

This is M A OBEDUR RAHAMAN owned an IFB Angular Red 6.5Kgs Washing Machine from J.D Electronics,Ameerpet Hyderabad on 29/08/10. After a month machine is not getting started.We complained so many times to the Customer Care and also to the Shop Keeper (JD Electronics).But there is no response from any of them.After 2 months a technician came and said that its wiring is gone.
i.e
Mr.Christopher Noel(Service Engineer) phone:39187601 came and told about the problem.He has written the report and took customer's signature(Our's).Since then there is no phone call or any communication from IFB company.Its been 2 months by now.In this regard I have already posted a mail to IFB a month ago for which I haven't received any reply.Recently on 17/01/2011 I have sent a email once again stating the problem.Till now there is no response from IFB.

Please Look into the matter and do needful favour to us.
