www.timestourworld.com, the customer care guys of this company called me up and asked me to buy 2 holiday packages of Rs 5,999/- each. They told me that there are 2 guaranteed gifts along with these packages, which i can choose from their website, and i choose a laptop and a smartphone and made the payment of Rs 11,998/-, through their website. It has been more than a week and i had received nothing.
The company's officials are not picking up my call and i have no clue where the packages and gifts are. I even tried to get my money refund through the refund email id they gave, but that is fake id(refund@timestourworld.com). So, i request you to punish these guys, so that they don't cheat other people and also please get my money refunded back.
