I am Debasis Dhar, Iam a Govt. service holder resided at Siliguri,West Bengal. ONn 16th November 2013, I got a call from www.bookmyowntrip.com (+91-1131904980 ) at apprxoimatly 3.30 P.M stating that my mobile number has been selected for an assured gift likeDell Laptop, HCL Tab and they insist me to choice between the said assured gift. Then they asked me to purchase a holiday package of Rs 3999/- for claiming this free gift. As per this, I agreed with their terms and conditions and they assured that they will delivered HCL Tab within 24-48 hours and the welcome kit will be within 5-7 working days. They informed that all the discussion was recorded and they allmost forcefully convincing me taken Rs. 3999/- for the same through online payment. Thereafter they send a mail also regarding my order ID No. and few days later through courier send a blank membership form of Bookmyowntrip company. The company Bookmyowntrip is a fraud company frauded so many peoples and I want to return back the amount from which account they get the same. The details are:

I checked that company's background and found too many complaints against them! it's seems that they are a fraud company
after seeing that i asked them about my gift or about refund my money, but they told me waited upto 15 th December but neither they send my gift nor they return back my money. They now taken the plea that with the membership form i can avail facility in couse of taken any tour but I could not interested on their fraud proposal, Iwant to return back my money . I therefore request you to kindly take strict action against them and make them refund my and all other scammed money.
