I would like to complaint about the most frustrating experience, I had last week (saturday, 30-May-2009) in Madurai Residency Mohanam bar. I have never seen such a worst customer service ever in my life. Myself with 5 of my friends went there to have drinks in that bar. one of our friends don\'t drink. The bar manager and the bar attendant said that the one who doesn\'t drink is not allowed unless he at least buys a mocktail. I have never heard such a rule in any kind of bars. When asked the manager replied that it has been clearly mentioned outside. When saw it was written as \"Rights for Admission reserved\". I now wonder if the manager is a illiterate or an uneducated person.
The most frustrating part was that we were given the bill without asking for it, which eventually means that \"Get out of the bar\". Myself and my friends usually meet in that hotel. But after this incident, we have decided never to come to your hotel. We have also told almost all our friends about this incident and every one have decided the same.
Loosing a few customers may not be a big loss for the Hotel. But this kind of worst business strategies, will surely spoil the name of the hotel unless you take necessary action on the bar manager.
