my windows 7 crashed unexpectedly in dell vostro 3400.
i have been talkin to technical support from dell india for 3 hrs on monday & 9 hrs today. yet they are not ready to send a technician to my place to check my laptop even though i purchased my laptop in july 2010 and am experiencin problems within the warranty period..they made me reinstall windows 3 times and my screen shows that i am experiencing problems due to recent hardware or software changes & still they are claiming its a software error so they cant send the technician because he is trained only for hardware and not software..kindly help asap..my email id is solitary.silver.blaze@gmail.com
