HSBC - Wealth Management of HSBC

I have a Power Vantage account with HSBC and i carry out certain investments through their Wealth Management team. I had issued for certain broker code changes in my mutual fund portfolio through another advisory services. When this was presented to HSBC they stopped the same and moved my holdings to a QNI account. Currently i can neither transact nor can i get other advisory services to transact and i am stuck with HSBC's pathetic service. Further more, none of this was intimated to me by HSBC.

Is anyone else having the same issue

Further more, about 8 months back my relationship manager left and the new guy who took over does not have a clue about my investments. Neither has he bothered to contact me or let me know that he has taken over. Finally once i was able to track him, his response was that he was on leave and therefore could not come to meet me. I find this service pathetic once again

Let me know if any of you have any issues. I am planning to take this up with RBI and Banking Ombudsman of HSBC
