Dear Sir

This is with reference to meter no 1********6 in the name of ANJU SEKHRI (Land Lord) for which we have got excessively high bill of 8101. We are living as tanents in this residence since more than 1.5 years and we have never got any bill like this before. Moreover we both are working and are out for work entire day. Out of these 6 months we were out of station for around 1.5 months. And we don’t have anybody who stays back. So we don’t expect such high utility bill.

We suspect that meter is not registering consumption accurately the reason may be any one

• The reading taken by representative is incorrect may be error while noting
• The meter is giving incorrect reading may be meter is at fault

So would request you to send your representative who can test the accuracy of meter serving us and check the reading once again. Seeking your kind cooperation for the issue
