Railway Transport department - Waiting for my booked bike

Dear Sir,
I have booked a Motor Cycle from Kathgodam to Gurgaon railway station through Indian Railway on 23.08.2010 evening. Detail is as under

Motor cycle Registration Number HR-26-AL-8161
Vehicle Booking Date 23.08.10
Booking Place - Kathgodam
Delivery place - Gurgaon
PNR No.-230-9959011
Ticket No.- 05801671
Travelling Date - 24.08.10

Since 24.08.10 evening I am asking at gurgaon Railway deptt. regularly but they are saying that your vehicle has not reached at gurgaon, what we can do. u go to delhi or sarai rohilla to find out.
I am verry much in need of this vehicle as I have to attend my duty every day.

Sir, I want my vehicle at Gurgaon as i have paid all the transportation charges to Indian railway

Still I am waiting for my delivery of Motor Cycle at Gurgaon Railway Station.
Please help me to get my vehicle at Gurgaon
