volkswagen group have just completed 1.5 years in India and the service that they provide is really very pathetic. Their sales representatives are full of attitude and dont respect or they dont value their customers. I went in volkswagen Thane showroom named Global Gallarie Motors Pvt Ltd last sunday and enquired about Polo & Wento. After having test drive salesman Mr Parshuram forced us to book vehicle and give the token amount. We said we would first discuss with our family and then will decide but still he was forcing and asking us to book d vehicle and family to kabi bi convince ho jaaati hai. We but took the quatation and left showroom. 3 days later Mr Parshuram called on my cell phone and started with a note when can he come for taking booking amount of vehicel. I said my family is planning for a sedan and he said he can provide Vento. I said my budget is not 9.7 lacs and then he said he can give after discount at 9 lacs. but i said my budget is around 7.5 lacs. he replied ye baav me to aapko maruti ki gaadiya milengi hamari german company Volkswagen ki nai milegi... That was so rude & insulting.. What does he thinks Maruti is a cheap product... It is the best product and Volkswagen can never even get par with suzuki...
If Maruti company is supporting me then i would like to sue Volkswagen for insulting the customers.. I will never go and suggest to go with this company wo anyone..
