Vodafone Kolkata - Vodafone: Please respond to my request

All I want is a number of my choice: "78778" as the last five digits. I have sent email on 30th December 2011, nobody responded to my request. "78778" is not a fancy number of premium number. Still, what will you charge for this and from where can I get this number? Tell me clearly, please?
