We have IFB SENORITA PLUS. in which we have BELT prob (IN DRUM) , so the wash drum is not rotating at all, we launched a compliant on 25 th of DEC 10, nd our compliant no. they gave was 5601094, on following with this no. on 29 th of DEC 10, customer service said tat this no. is cancelled without any info. or reason we did not know till date, after tat we again launched the compliant and our 2nd compliant no. was 563666 on 29th of DEC 10, today the date is 10th of JAN 11, till date no one is turned to solve this prob , APART
1) NO CORRECT INFORMATION ABOUT OUR SOLUTION
2) CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE USE VERY BAD & HARSH WORDS TO REPLY
3) MOROVER , ONE MR.RAVIGANESH (SERVICE MANAGER) IN CHENNAI , PH: ********08 , WAS THE ONE OF THE WORST PERSON TO USE ALL SLUBBISH WORDS WITH THE CUSTOMERS.
IS THIS THE WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS ? WE FEEL VERY BAD IN PURCHASING THIS MACHINE AT LAST . WHO IS THE RIGHT AND GOOD PERSON TO SOLVE OUR PROB ?
I support this complaint..............even v faced the same prob ........... very very worst service .... waste of our money
