very poor customer service and resolution .. have been in touch with HSBC associates for 2 years ... poor service .. everytime a new person speaks ... commits to reslove but no action ..
my AC/No 0********872 i have done the payment on 19th may of this month. Then again through ECS they are clearing the amount and it got bounced and charged me 250rs if you see my record at least extra amount i would paid nearly 3000rs to HSBC
this is really making me mad. Please any one can help me ............................
