ICICI Bank Limited - veichel loan in icici bank

I Have applied the tractor loan in icici bank for agricultural purpose on 2006 \'feb\' and i got the loan according to my property security. I Paid three dues for every six months the amount is Rs50000/- per due. Now i am not able to pay the dues at the appropriate time and the icici bank executive said me.
\" you are not get the loan for an agricultural purpose, you are under taken the loan as commercial purpose only. so if you are not paying means I am going to seize your tractor\" and I Have received the notice from bank for the statement of seizing.
I want only the loan for agricultural purpose only and i dont want the commercial purpose ......(because lack of rains).

So this is my query now what can i do sir. please give me the reply please.....,
