PRIME HONDA - vechicle mishandled and damaged during servicing and repairs

MY CIVIC CAR WAS SENT FOR ACCEDENTAL REPAIR AND SERVICING TO PRIME HONDA GHAZIABAD. IN APRIL/MAY. AFTER GETTING THE VECHICLE IT WAS NOTICED THAT MY CAR HAND BRAKE LEVER, SIDE BIDDING AND SOME OTHER INTERIOR AREA WAS DAMAGED. I TOLD THEM AND AND GOT WRITTEN CONFIRMATION TO CHANGE THE PART IN NEXT SERVICING. BUT WHEN I SENT MY VECHICLE IN JUNE THEY REFFUSED TO CHANGE THE SAME. MY CAR WAS MADE TO STAND FOR 5 DAYS AND NOT DONE THE WORK.
AT PRESENT THE PERSON NAME IS MR. PRADEEP CHANANA AND MR. BRIJENDRA WAS HANDLING THE VECHICLE.

THIS IS THE FOURTH TIME MY CAR WAS DAMAGED BY THE BODY SHOP PEOPLE AND I NEED TO TAKE SEROIUS ACTION AGAINT THE UNPROFESSIONAL PEPOLE LIKE THESE.
