SAMSUNG MOBILES AFTER SALES SERVICE - Vashi Services, Navi Mumbai Service Center playing Blame game.

Dear Sir,

I am having Samsung Champ Duos GT-E2652 (CRT : RDMB457825H) (IMEI : 356047041086712) mobile purchased from Next Electronic Mall, Vashi on 16/07/11.

I was facing frequent issues with the handset like low sound on handset, restarting, display fading. But after some time display was totally faded and become blur at one end (kind of inbuilt manufacturing fault).

I contacted Vashi, Navi Mumbai Service Center,for this issue. The Engineer, Mr. Santosh Pohare checked mobile confirm the fault that it was not physical will be done in warranty. I submit the handset & confirm the warranty & quotation with the executive Mr Gautam. Bill No: 4119809089 was raised against the issue.

Later in the evening I have received call claiming the phone has gain damage internally in usage. And charges of 1000 Rs. for replacement of LCD Display will be applicable. These charges are not acceptable. I suspect that the Engineer might have damaged the LCD Display while repairing /removing/checking & now they are trying to put the blame on Customer.
