Value Plus Consultant - ValuePlus is misleading on Income Tax Return file

Value plus is sending SMS - to file Income Tax return at price of 50/- This is completely misleading. They collect the document and assure the customer on pdf copy of income tax. But nothing comes in return....The contact numbers are 9869434302 and 9221576676
