We have checked the folio in detail and would like to inform that in spite of giving regular credits till 15.08.2011, your banker has started processing SIP transactions under rejection with reason “Account description does not tally”. There could be a possibility that your banker has upgraded the account number in Core banking mode, hence SIP registered with old bank details are not processed and rejected.
We hereby request you to provide us with a copy of cancelled cheque leaf for updating your core banking details.
On receipt of it, we shall reprocess SIP transactions.
