AIRCEL - unwanted deduction without any reason

i am g.p. venkatesh, mobile no 9551994932, i am constantly following Aircel customer care from 10 days ago but there is no responce from their end. They always use to says that wait i'll give our higher officer but still i didn't receive any solution.
