I have subscribed to a sms pack on 2th april 2011 which would auto renew every month.the cost of the pack is 39.
on 30 th april i called up customer care of reliance to deactivate my pack auto renewal from 2nd May 2011,but instead of that the discontinued the pack immediately ie. on 30th april itself instead of 2nd may.
After speaking to the senior authorities,they also told that the pack will be discontinued immediately if i would stop the auto renewal from next month.
But the pack has validity of 30 days but still they dicontinued earlier.i lost my pack benifit plus i was charged 50p instead of 1p.I need the resolution for the same as i have all the sms pertaining to the transcation for the same..
