Idea Cellular Andhra Pradesh - Unsolicited Balace Cut - Idea Hyderabad

Dear Sir,

I am a loyal customer of idea and have been using it since seven years. My phone number is 9505794886. I use a ZTE Blade smart phone and have checked use 2G network only in the settings. Yesterday evening I was having a balance of Rs270/- which was deducted to zero stating that my data usage was "0.80" MB. Today again Rs102/- were deducted from my balance in evening stating "0.40" MB of data useage. I dont use 3G and have been using GPRS to browse. when I called the customer care executive he asked me to remove my GPRS settings and no further deductions will be made. I dont know why this all is happening. I was happy with services provided by Idea till now but now I think I'll have to switch to some other service network because of negeligence in service at your part.
