Tata DOCOMO - unnezessary deduction of balance from mobile

Sir,
I am a student, as u know dat we students get pocket money from our parents. Whenever we recharge our no. Every time the balance get deducted. Everytime a new service z subscribed automaticaly.

Last time I recharged my no. Wid rs.50, and called service centre to subscribe a service of rs.30(mesg pack). They told me that they do not provide such kind of service. For subsciption of that scheme I V to make an easy recharge. And now whn I recharged my cell with the scheme , and now after 3 days they have activated the scheme .And now they are not taking my complain.

Sir its not the frst time. Nobody take the action against such kind of exploitation.But this time I M not going to tolerate such kind of exploitation.

I hope you would soon take necessary steps to solve such problem.
