This is to inform that I was using ICICI bank credit card more than three years back.I was making regular payments on time.Once I did not receive the statement and when I was asked for the payment I complained and immediately made the payment.But in the next statement they levied charges for late payment and intrest,On talking they agreed will revert but they never did so.I kept making the payments on time after deducting the charges which they kept on increasing and addng.I asked themto let me talk to the senior but they never did so .I stopped using the card and asked them to cancel the same.
In between I have been receiving calls for regularly for payment and continued harrasment .Ultimatly I got a call from them to make payment of about aboutRs 15000/ when I have been all my payments excluding their charges on time.I am really upset they way they have behaved and harrased me for nothing .
