Hi Sir/Madam,


I need your assistance on below series of e-mail attached. I have got below e-mail from DB claiming for insurance premium for Rs. 20157.2 on policy number 3818011 which is due for payment on 2011-01-28. On query with DB on phone Banking, I was informed the insurance was open in Jan 2010 via the relationship Manager.

I am unknown to this policy.I have send number of chaser to DB via e-mail as well as on phone to provide more information. However, am getting no response other than they have taking note of it. Also, am getting a repeated chaser for payment which make me worried. Am getting torture by DB emotionally.

With this complaint I will like to claim compensation from DB for emotionally torturing me for the past 12 Days.

Compensation amount 10 Lakhs.

Hi All,
Could you please advise, who when and where this policy was open ? I have no idea about this policy, As per the Telephonic call @ customer care, I was told this policy was open on Jan 2010 with First Installment paid out during that time. However, I have no idea who have open this policy ? which account from the Policy get funded from ?
