I HAVE PURCHASED A HONDA STUNNER CBF 125 IN APRIL, 2009 FROM M/S PAHADIA, KANKARBAGH, PATNA. (VEHICLE REGN. NO. BR01AQ 2800) (CHASIS NO. ME4JC404D********) (ENGINE NO. JC40E9076934).
NOW, AS ADVISED BY MECHANIC, I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE IN CHAIN SPOKLET AND HALF EXCEL OF MY STUNNER.
I HAVE CONTACTED THE TWO DEALERS LOCATED IN PATNA - 1. M/S PAHADIA AND 2. M/S PREMA HONDA, BUT THESE SPARE PARTS WERE UNAVAILABLE WITH THEM. THEY TOLD ME THAT AFTER 15 DAYS - THE SAME WILL BE AVAILABLE WITH THEM, BUT AFTER PASSING 90 DAYS, I HAVE NOT FOUND THESE SPARES. THEY ARE EXECUSING THAT THE COMPANY HAS NOT PROVIDED THE SAME TO THEM. MAY I KNOW THAT HONDA COMPANY IS ONLY PROVIDING THE BIKES NOT THE SPARES FOR THEIR BIKES? IF THE COMPANY HAS NO SPARES FOR THEIR BIKES THEN HOW THEY ARE SELLING WITH SO MANY ADVERTISEMENTS FOR THEIR BIKES.

Dear Sir,
I am Vijay Wanjari from Nagpur, I had purchased Honda Twister CB (blue Color)– from Mascot Honda C.A.Road Nagpur on date 25/03/2011, further unfortunately in an accident the mask of the bike was broken on date 15 May 2011 & I took the vehicle to service station of Mascot Honda for repairing I was informed that the mask is not in stock & I would get it within 20 days. Further now when 2 months are already passed the required part is still not availed by them & right now they are not evening providing the date as when I will get the required part.
I fail to understand that such a big company like Honda is doing so? The vehicle is produced & sold into the market is mass quantity but its parts are not been produced, Why?
Kindly note that since the date of accident I am unable to drive my vehicle because of the unavailability of Mask at your service station & due to this I am facing a lot of problems.
I just want to know that when I will get the required part (accessory) & even would get it or not
