ticked not booked due to failed transaction .....,transaction id..0238646074.......in train no 2176....the payment status(settlement requested) and reservation status(not booked)........the transation failure occured on 7 august 2010 on i ticketing....so plz give some suggestion on this regard how could i recover money.(rs 570).......bank..state bank of india
