today, 27th Nov 2010 around 2.00 pm, the TRaffic Police in charge near Nampally , named D. SUDHAKAR asked for a bribe for taking a no right turn. on refusing to give bribe the said inspector, wrote a challan with a very high penalty of Rs. 400. As per rule no. 119/177 the penalty was for Rs.50 only whereas he has put a challan for Rs.400. and he insulted by seizing the bike inspite of showing the original driving licence, RC & pollution.
