(1) I have purchased a mobile Micromax Canvas 2 A110 from their
website online through debit card Punjab National Bank.

(2) After 10th december 2012, I have called many times to their
customer support no. :- 0135-6670700 & 0135-3051500 but not recevied
any support from them & till 26th december 2012 there is no
confirmation from company side.

(3) I send many emails to thier represntives but not received any
reply from them.

(4) I have visited their office 15/12/2012 & 22/12/2012 which is based
on B-26, Second Floor, Sector 8, Noida-201 301. In timtara office I
met Mr. Ritesh he told me your product will dispatch on 24/12/2012 but
not received till now.

(5) I have go through many sites & see these people cheat more than
5000 people & money they are taking from people is 100 crore
approximate. I have documents of more then 700 people.
