IRCTC Indian Railways - Ticket not booked, yet money was deducted from my account

Dear IRCTC,
Today(07/011/2011), i tried to book the ticket using IRCTC web portal. But due to some issues, the ticket didnt get booked. Twice i tried, both the times it failed to book the ticket during payment process where after processing for a minute or so the site redirects to a page that displays
"REDIRECT=https://www.irctc.co.in/cgi-bin/bv60.dll/irctc/booking/bankresponse.do?com.broadvision.session.new=Yes&" .
When i checked the booked history the ticket was not booked, yet to my surprise the money was deducted from my sbi bank account.
I need the refund of money which was debited inspite of failed transaction. Please suggest how to proceed further. Earlier also i have lost few bucks due to this problem. But this time im determined to find a solution to this problem.
When i checked the "FAILED PAYMENT REFUND STATUS" these are the details i got for my two failed transactions.

Requesting you to consider my complaint and provide a successful resolution which is refunding my money back to my account. Expecting a immediate action and quick solution from your side.
P.S: Also it would be good from your part to avoid such problems/inconvenience in future by implementing permanent fix to this technical issue as i found staggering amount of complaints registered regarding this issue.

i booked 3 tickets from ERS to TPJ(2 TICKETS) and ERS to TJ(1 TICKET) though my transaction failed money is debited from my account,, pls refund me my money.... transaction ids are
