Western Railway - Theft in a running Train

Myself Deepak Thanekar would like to lodge complaint with Western Railway.
On 22.10.2015, I was travelling through Ahmedabad Passenger, train no. 59441.
My PNR No. ********02. Coach no. S2 and Birth No. 68.
When I was asleep, my gold chain was pulled up and theft in Palghar station. It was around 2.00AM in the morning and train has just started to leave Palghar station.
Since it was early in the morning and I was travelling alone, I could not lodge complaint with Railway Police. At that time TTE was also not around.
I need help and assistance.
