my complaint is regarding the top up facility with rs:79 to make calls to USA & UK @ rs:1.99 paise on my IDEA chichat num.i got the confirmation from idea team saying the 79 rs recharge has been successfull as an sms from 3891on 20th may @ 8.25PM on my number 9702979269.this top up i got it done on 20th may @ around 8.20pm from a idea dealer @ kharghar. My first call went to the idea CC on the same day when I learnt call to USA was costing me rs 6.49 paise after the top up has been recharged & getting a confirmation SMS from the idea CS saying ‘YOUR LAST RECHARGE IS SUCCESSFUL WITH Rs.79.0 from 3891 number @ around 8.30 pm, idea team said the activation will be done in 48 Hrs. then on 22nd night i called the USA number & it was the same story, i called the idea CS & took the complaint with a reference number-6716912 saying it will be processed by 27th may. i got a call from idea back end team on the alternate number 9223586541 saying the complaint has been resolved & i got a sms on my number which reads \'DEAR CUSTOMER
