I had filed a TDR of a Premum Tatkal ticket of Rs 5622 with reason "Train Late More than 3 hors" online and well in time, as detailed below:-

After making a 100 phone calls to them over the past 2 months (Jun to aug) chasing for the refund to the mumbairefund@irctc.com customer care, they have rejected to pay with reason stating on the online TDR as "TRAIN RUN NORMAL" on 19 Aug 2015.

These people have made up their mind not to pay for any Premium Tatkal ticket even if it is a genuine case. When irctc ticket reservation system allows you to file a TDR for a Premium Tatkal ticket with reason TRAIN LATE MORE THAN 3 HOURS, that means, it is a correct business rule of the Indian Railways. Who are these guys to apply their own local rule and speaking a clear lie rejecting the refund with reason stating "TRAIN has RUN NORMAL, without delay". I have kept screen-shots of the TDR right from filing to their rejection and the harassment that they have given to me during these 8 months, it will cost them when I file a suit against the Indian Railways staff along with the refund money.

I booked a ticket on 15 June 2015 to travel from Gwalior to Nasik road station by Punjab mail with pnr no.2849752078 for 3 .on the traveling day i.e., 6 August 2015 Punjab mail was diverted from Mathura due to Harda Tragedy (accident near harda) ...even not reached Gwalior station on date of journey...that's why we are unable to complete our journey and file tdr .
I contact many time on customer care they told me that they will refund my money as soon as possible and at last the told me tdr problem will be solved after 60 days of date of journey. But still I didn't got my refund from irctc.

As a reminder please refund my full amount through "TDR" process as the train was canceled/diverted and did not reach the boarding station Gwalior.
please take action as soon as possible regarding this concern.
