TATA Indicom - Tata Indicom Service in Chennai is lethal...

Dear Sir/Madam,
My sister/Brother in law had been using Tata Indicom DSL service in Chennai for almost 2 years now. on 28/8/2009 the DSL cable had high voltage and my Brother in law happend to touch it. The cable was red hot in fact their are burn mark on the floor from the cable. Even after my brother in law\'s death we called Tata Indiacom customer service number in Chennai (********) and they still haven\'t removed the cable (8/30/2009). My main goal from this complaint is for Tata Indicom to

1) Admit responsibility for my Brother in law death.
2) Fix the problem and making it publicaly known that they have a lethal problem with their DSL service. Prevent incompetent companies like Tata Indicom from ruining more lives.
3) Prevent other families from going through similar life ending experiences.

My loss is irreplaceable and my goal is to prevent other people from going through similar experiences. I am going to knock every door (online and otherwise) and
prevent this from happening to others.
