Hello,
This is Shankar from Andhrapradesh, I would like to give complaint on Tata Indicom Customer service Regarding the DND Service.
I already activated DND(Do Not Disturb)service for my mobile number(9290796777),but the tata indicom people are still calling to my mobile and disturbing my time,In this month itself i had received nearly 10 calls and 3-4 messages.I already complained on this issuewith customer service centre and they didnt respond very well. After complaining about the calls to the customercare also, still i am receiving calls from the tata indicom.
Details of the call:
December 20th::at 15:29 Minutes from 9248843703.
December 23rd::at 10.57 Minutes from 9248843703.
Message::The number is hided in the mobile phone///Bcoz it is autogenerated///And the message is like this.
A New promotional Voice SMS only for you,to listen it for free,Dial *0*.To listen the voice SMS again dial *1* (only 30ps / VSMS).Hurry Up.
And my final request to the Tata Indicom people is i don't want to receive any message offers and caller tunes/any other offers from your end.Still if i receive any messages from your customer service ,,, definitely i am going to complaint to TRAI and you will get treatment from your side.
