I have TATA DOCOMO prepaid connection. From last few days my incoming calls continuously stopped every 15 days.

I tried very to solved this issue but customer care not responding. This is second times cause this problem. First time it was solved after 5 days.

5 days incoming calls was stopped. I have complained but customer care not responsive. So kindly help me to resolve this.

If not able to resolve this issue then let me know I will take legal action.
