sir/madam,
i m chetan padole, buy a SIM 14 may 2010. and it was deactivated dated 15 june 2010. after complaint @ it. my SIM was reactivated dated 20 july 2010. but i cant get my core balance and sabasebol plan on my mobile 7276724776. but after that i complaint from icomplaints.in and i get my core balance. but till i cant get pramotional pool balance of sabse bol plan
so i request you to return me sabsebol plan as early i also complaint @ it in customer care my comlaint no. was PGSM09085580 and they give me time upto 3 aug 11:55am
also your customer support excicative cant give resonce properly and whenever transfer call to senior thy cut my call.
i have some recordings as a evidance but i cant send with this mail becouse of some limitation.
i hope you take action on it.
