RAILWAY PARCEL ROOM - SYSTEM IS NOTHING

I JEETENDRA SHARAN BOOKED MY MOTORCYCLE IN SAHARSA JN ON 31/08/2010 FROM SAHARSA JN TO PATNA JN AND MY RECEIPT NO IS 463589.AND I PAY TOTAL CHARGES RS 375.BUT TILL NOW(3/08/2010) I COULD NOT RECEIVED IT ON PATNA JN.BECAUSE MOTERCYCLE IS NOT LOADED IN SAHARSA JN BECAUSE BOOKING TIME COOLE DEMANDS 200 FOR LOADING CHARGES AND I PAY ONLY RS 75.SO AFTER THIS I THINK RAILWAY SYSTEM IS NOTHING.EVERYTHING IS GUNDARAJ.
