i have bought a samsung mobile for 22500 with it i also bought syska gadget insurance . now my mobile is damage so i filed the complain with syska for the claim ..their cin no : 1********5 .. now they say they rejected the claim REASON: the date of my purchase and the date of the installation of the syska insurance is ok . but they say on their system it shows that the mobile is showing other date .i have given them the purchase bill and all proof but they just invented the new and unique system that their system is saying this ..THAT MY MOBILE WAS USED BEFORE I PURCHASE EVEN THOUGH IT WAS PURCHASE BOX PACK , I SAID IF U SAID SO THAN HOW CAN U ACCEPTED THIS AND ACCEPTED THE MONEY .. how to do no idea i fell like cheated ..
