Spice Mobiles - spice mobile m-4580

I am a student. My papa bought a spice mobile "m-4580" color-Black+Golden for me in may-2010.
their IMEI no are these IMEI 1:910040987766669; IMEI 2:910040987766677

after 1-2 weeks i found a mistake about mobile screen.So i couldnot see anything on screen.so i gave it to retailer with orignal bill where we bought it.
2 month after he gave us mobile. unfortunately he lost orignal bill.

after this i faced that problem again in 2-3 weeks;becouse i have no bill than i put my mobile aside.

now i think that it was manifecture defects so iwants that company repair or replace my mobile.
