I purchased my Sony Ericsson Spiro on Oct 5th 2010 and it ceased to work on Nov 20th 2010. I gave my mobile for service on Nov 22nd 2010 to Maruti Solution Coimbatore. They informed me that I can get the mobile the same day by evening. Till date I have not got the mobile. I called the Sony Ericsson service center in Chennai(indifferent response) which was not fruitful either. Everyday I make calls to Chennai and Coimbatore in vain.

I WANT MY MONEY BACK. I really wonder how I will use this mobile which worked less than 2 months of purchase. I have used nearly more than 6 to 7 models of nokia mobile and not one of them have failed me. This is my first sony ericsson moble and I regret purchasing it and worst is its service. Please do the needful at the earliest.
