Acutus Consulting - Somebody fraud with me regarding to getting job.

I am Engineering Student,and i went a job consultancy and his owner Mr.Sauribh Bansal give assurance me he will placement in company and he took me 10,000 Rs. but still i have no job,when i want to refund money than he gave me 1 cheque but cheque has bounced,so i want to take against him court complaint.
So please help me.
