royal lodge - somany ceramic tiles,i have purchased tiles from a reputed dealer from somany.

at the time of fitting the tiles it was error.i complained the dealer he tell me that you should contact to company.i contacted at somany patna branch,its representative came after few days told that is error in the tiles,but it will be checked my seniors after that some thing could happen.After harrasing me four to five days the company senior came to me.BUT HE WAS TREATED ME AS A RODDY AND ABUSING.MY TILES ARE WASTING NOW.PLZ TAKE A HARD COMPLAIN AGAINST HIM AND SOMANY IS A REPUTED COMPANY IT MAY SELECT A MANNERED STAFF.THE STAFF WAS FROM EASTERN U.P. GHAZIPUR.
